Rural Urban Synthesis Society (RUSS)

Feasibility Study Grant offered to undertake a viability study into the proportion of social housing units they can realistically provide in future accommodation schemes.

Street Connect, Glasgow

Grant and an interest-free loan to help with the costs of purchasing a one-bedroom flat for individuals affected by drug and alcohol addictions who are moving to independent living.

Handcrafted Projects

Grant and an interest-free offered to buy and renovate a property for supported accommodation for people with multiple and complex needs.

Arisaig Community Trust

Grant offered to contribute to infrastructure and construction costs of six new houses for affordable rent to local families and individuals in need.

Swarthmoor Area Quaker Meeting

Grant to cover the costs of meeting work required following recommendations from a fire report on accommodation for adults with learning difficulties.

Strathglass and Affric Community Company

Grant and an interest-free offered to help with the construction costs of two new affordable secure rent homes for local families.

Staffin Community Trust

Grant and an interest-free loan offered to help pay for the cost of the timber frames, roofs and windows of two properties, which will provide affordable accommodation to families.

StopGap Supported Housing

Interest-free loan offered to help with the cost of furnishing and equipping accommodation for single homeless adults.

Assist Sheffield

Environmental Assessment grant offered to carry out a detailed environmental impact audit of nine properties that will provide accommodation for asylum seekers.

Ella’s Home

Grant to fund fire safety improvements to two safe homes and to expand accommodation capacity for women exiting trafficking and exploitation.
